Rainbow Client - Impossible d'acceder à la caméra ou au microphone

Bonjour, Rainbow Client ne peut accéder à l'audio d'un ordinateur de mon entreprise. Il est donc impossible de passer un appel.

 

Matériel audio : Jabra casque (pilote installé et à jour)

Version ordinateur : Windows 11 Pro

Version Rainbow : 2.122.14

Hello, Rainbow Client cant access camera or microphone on a computer of my company. So, we are unable to call someone with Rainbow.

 

Audio device : Jabra system (pilot installed)
