Pictures in Information-Channels cannot be uploaded

Greetings,

two clients (both at around 500 users) complained, they cannot upload pictures to posts in information-channels anymore. Seems like, this happened last week.

Files can be posted without a problem, but when directly adding a picture, the upload-circle is turning forever and ever. Is there a fix or is this a known bug?

  we received a few complains about this issue, can I ask you to open a support ticket (email to support@openrainbow.com) so that we can analyse the issue to see if it it the same inform you about the resolution of this problem.
