Does anyone know if it possible to Mass Delete Rainbow User accounts? Like the opposite of Mass Provisioning. Thanks in advance...

  I found the answer. you need to use the same import template and under the _action_ column, type the word 'delete' and then import in normal way. The summary will inform you what will happen. If you're happy, then commit the import.
  
  However, the deleted users will transition to 'Account Suspended' status. after grace period of 10 days, they will disappear. So yo uhave 10 days to reinstate any accounts that were accidentally deleted. Hope that helps others ;)
