The change of design of Rainbow client for Business directory and Calls
The current design of Rainbow client.
The feature : Business directory
the feature can be make Dial By Name from Rainbow client by contact from Business directory OK
the Business dirrectory can be import contact information as manualy by Rainbov client and by import csv file OK
the record of Business directory has more attributes as Name, phone number, Company etc…. OK
the incoming and outgoing calls are stored in Rainbow Calls OK
it also valid for Calling party, which is stored in Business directory database OK
now is some limit of show the stored Calling party resolved from Business directory, the Call log stored only Name and phone number, no more attributes
the customer requesting for store Calling party in Business directory also the attribute Company
the customer has 10000 contacts in Business directory, where are so much surname match
therefore the customer need distinguish names also according to next attribute Company
