  Hello,

  Good news! The product team decides to develop this function. We will add a red counter based on what is done for standard conversations.

  I will update the position as soon as I have details on how to publish this improvement. 😊

  Totally agree. I started using Favourites and immediately stopped when I realised I could not see pending messages. This is essentail otherwise many missed calls or messages.

  Good news. Since 1.55 which was deploy on 1th May 2019 you got an information about new messages from your favorites which is indicated by a purple point, but no messages counter is available in favorites.
