The computer mode is temporarily unavailable

We are experiencing the problems with the computer mode when we are using the Rainbow Business in mode Rainbow Business (Only Remote Extension in the OXE). The application is unstable and some times appear this message  "The computer mode is temporarily unavailable".

The problem occurs in Web Browser and in the windows desktop app.

Can someone Help us?

  The issue is intermittent and this never works correctly. The customer is new, it was configured for about 1 week.

  Hello,

  There is a problem with the WebRTC gateway from PBX otec05.triwave.com.br. The connectivity with Rainbow servers has been lost.
  Could someone check if the VM is up and running and also verify the network connectivity?
