VOIP CALLS DON'T WORK

I have a problem with the Web rtc.
The connection of the Web rtc with the oxo R3 is active.
When I choose 'Voip Calling' the call starts but no tone and the called does not ring.
The problem is present on pc and on phone

Hello Sylvain,
If the company is Technicophone, the webRTC gateway is not connected to Rainbow at the moment. So this needs to be fixed before going further.
Else please let us know on which company you have the issue and we will check the configuration.
