One of the big challenge for Rainbow is to compete with Skype for Business, because on the "free" version of skype there is everything given by the basic version of Rainbow, except for the control of the calls.
One thing is actually missing, for my point of view, it is to get the integration of Rainbow in Outlook.
In a company, some employees do not need to use Rainbow as a voice device, but to use it for controlling the calls and to get the status of the others employees (Free, busy, in conversation, etc…). To get this integration on the basic version of Rainbow will be great to replace skype for business in most of the cases.
