Optional display of companys Members in Contacts

Dear Rainbow team,

In order to make using Rainbow more userfriendly for new company members. 

Id like to suggest to implement an option to automatically syncronise all of the company members to the users contacts. Then users would be more easily able to add those contacts as favorits.

This feature would be mainly for small to mid range companys which want to have another form of finding company members other than the search bar by having all the members shown in an list.

I´d implement it using a setting which was off as default.
