Automatically sync PBX user list to Rainbow for user association

Currently, my experience has been that to re-sync the list of available PBX extensions in Rainbow for association to users you need to reset the Rainbow link manually in the PBX.  This is the same for both OXE and OXO. 

This is quite frustrating and disruptive, could this be set to automatically update?

  Hello Dave,

  I have found the same once you add a user you need to stop and start the rainbow connection in the OXO before the user will show up in Rainbow.

  It is interesting that this is still the case and I agree it is a bit disruptive. We have even tried leaving it for a couple of days and it still doesn't seem to synchronize.
