Azure SSO faliure
BeantwortetWhen attempting SAML SSO set-up in Rainbow, user see's no changes within Rainbow settings.
We are following the page instructions here so would like to know if any other users have experienced this and how they corrected the issue. please!

I'll provide further detail on the issue.
Lack of SSO/security tab options. Please see attached what we should see with a ‘Security’ tab when logged in with one of our accounts (which is granted with admin rights)
File: SSO_Option_Admin_Rainbow_User (What the admin user should see)
File: SSO_Option_Admin_Rainbow_User_Actual.png (what the admin user actually sees)
Move: Screen Recording 2020-02-03 at 4.07.26 pm (What the admin user actually sees). Rainbow directory not connecting (see video shared of how they’ve configured it but advises Contacts still don’t sync into Rainbow)
