Telephony audio call issue not able to hear the remote side audio

Hi,

We are testing Telephony service using rainbow admin(Live) production account and facing the remote audio call issue after receiving the call from Receive Side. Receive can hear the voice but remote(caller side) user cannot hear the voice. We are using the demo application which is available in below link.

Rainbow SDK used : 1.75

And also getting below error in chrome console.

and  function used to make a call is callByNumber. Please help me on this.

  Can anyone please suggest on this.We need to fix this issue. So that we can integrate it into our application.

  Hi Scott,

   

  did you include <audio> tag with id of "globalAudioTag" in your DOM?

  Something like that:

  <audio id="globalAudioTag" autoplay style="display:none;"></audio>
