mpstatus command doesn't show any registered users while mpcheck output is all OK.

Rainbow PC/Mobile client correctly show the Presence status but there is no ring on the client.

  Have you associated Rainbow users with PBX extensions?

  If yes, there is probably a configuraton issue somewhere on Rainbow side or PBX side.
