Block texting after sending image on any bubble

When I sent any image on any bubble after that unable to text on same bubble until re-login the session by completely quitting from Rainbow desktop version, the problem will same on mobile account as well after sent any image on bubble.

  We recommend you to contact with your BP and request the opening of a SR on your behalf. Please join to your request the Rainbow logs and a timestamp in order to be able to analyze the issue and find out the root cause and possible solution.
