Trouble inviting users within my company to be a contact.
My client is not able to invite users within the company to become a contact in Rainbow. When an invite is sent, it will not send. A Red X is present by the name. If the client sends to a Gmail or comcast account, the email will send successfully. I tested on my account to add users from my client's company and received the same error. What can i do to correct the issue?

Hi David,
please open a support ticket. Provide us the name of customer in the ticket and if possible your Rainbow logs and browser logs when you try to invite an user of this customer.
