Modulated Frequency Keyboard not working

Hello,
I am using an Alcatel OXO Connect with a Rainbow connection and a WebRTC machine.

I have an issue when I call a phone number then ask me to make a choice : 1, 2, 3, etc... When I use Rainbow, I open Modulated Frequency Keyboard, type my choice, but nothing happen. With a physical phone, it's working fine after type "61" for "analogic keyboard". "61" It's not working with Rainbow...

Some one can help me ? Thank you !

  Hi Thibaud,

  a DTMF issue was fixed with WebRTC gateway 2.1.8. I suggest you install latest WebRTC gateway 2.2.1 to check if the problem is solved for you. If not I'll suggest that you contact your ALE reseller so that he can open a support ticket.
