Bubble sharing storage

Hi

A customer of our OTEC infra which is using Rainbow has 2 questions:

1. Is there a limitation on the storage of a Bubble ??

2. Is it possible to make a backup somehow of all these files stored on a bubble locally on customer premises. (either automatic or manually)

  Hello George,

  there is no storage space linked to a bubble but each file you share in the bubble is deducted from your personal storage space quota. If you save a file sent to the bubble by another member of the bubble to your storage space, the size of this file will be deducted from your personal storage space quota.
  
  There is no possibility to automatically save files in a bubble. Each member can download the files locally on his PC and manage a backup in this way.
  
  If you have a strong demand for this feature please contact your ALE-I CSM to request an enhancement.
