disable "tasks" feature

We would like to have the possibility to disable the tasks feature per user and per profile.

  I agree to get this option

  It will be great also to add these features:

  • Acces to a calendar to be able to manage deadlines to the tasks 
  • To assign tasks to someone (give a right for that)
