make it possible to do audio call & videocall between Rainbow s4b plugin and regular Rainbow client

When an organization has MS office as main software and we need to add the Rainbow plugin to have integration with the OXO-OXO-OTEC, there should be a solution for remote workers with RB client on Android/iPhone to make audio/video call to a colleague with the RB plugin on his S4B client on his PC or vice versa. today this is not possible.
