Request from a customer during a demo:
- manage teams (service or project) in order to know who is available on the team
This could be done using dedicated Lists. These lists could be managed by the administrator.
It could be done adding a 'service' item in the contact (this item could be synchronized with OXE and/or AD). And being able to preconfigure Lists by Service.
Another option could be to have possibility to export/import lists
