Block Certain Incoming Calling Numbers

Customer requires certain incoming numbers from ringing site. They configured the 'Blacklist', but calls still ringing. Was then advised that 'Blacklist' was for preventing Rainbow Hub users from calling out to certain numbers.

Advised to raise feature suggestion:-

Diagnosis:

• The feature of blocking the incoming call from the external numbers is not available as of now.
• The feature to be implemented in future we request partner to post their suggestion as a Product Enhancement Request (PER) in the below feature suggestion link.

  Hi Morton,

  This feature is currently not supported with Rainbow.

  We have informed this request with concerned team. Hope this will be implemented in future Rainbow releases. Announcements will be updated with their release notes.

  Good day to you!!
  
  Please be informed that the feature of blocking the external incoming (not company DDI) numbers in Rainbow hub is not supported as of now.
  
  Also, we do not have road map for this feature to be implemented.
  
  However, we will take this into consideration and may be implemented in the future.
