    Hello,

    I'm having a problem with the Rainbow module integration in Salesforce. Despite activating SSO mode and configuring popup-related parameters (outgoingscreepop and c2cenabled parameters activated), the Rainbow popup is not displayed.

    Technical details :

    Call Center name: RainbowConnector
    CTI Adapter URL: https://sfdc.openrainbow.io/
    Changed parameters: SSO and popup options enabled
    Browser configuration: Popup blocker disabled
    Salesforce environment: Lightning

    Can you help me diagnose this problem? If any logs or additional information is needed, please let me know.

    Hello Elfetehi,

    To use Rainbow CRM Bridge for Saleforce, you must have a Rainbow company managed by an ALE reseller who must first connect a PBX to your company and users must have a paid license. More information here.

    I see you have a freemium account, so I suggest you contact your ALE reseller to set up the necessary prerequisites.
