After upgrade the webrtc, call from OXE to rainbow the call present no audio.

    Hi Guilherme,

    From your description it may be linked to an issue that is fixed with next version 3.0.14 that will be available this Thursday.
    You may confirm the issue is the same if you have in the network some firewall having SIP-ALG active.
    Different option deactivate the SIP-ALG feature or downgrade to 2.4.7 and install 3.0.14 as soon as it is available for you (should be available on MyPortal at 5:00 pm CES)

    In case you still have the issue after upgrade to 3.0.14 then you have to open a support ticket so we can have a deeper analysis.
