The phone doesn't ring, but I have a missed call.( Apple iOS)

Hello, I have an issue with clients who have an iPhone. I'm receiving a lot of reports about missed call notifications, but the phone didn't ring. Have you ever encountered this kind of problem? What was the solution?

    Hi Dorian,

    Good day!

    Check if the Rainbow application is running in latest version. If the user is in DND mode the calls received will be as missed call notification.
