System overflow timer for user divert no reply - max at 60 secs and system wide for all users

Hub only has one divert no reply timer, which is 60 secs max

Every user should be able to choose their own timer and 60 secs max is not long enough.

OXO now has EoS notice with ALE saying go Hub, but it is missing so many features such as this.

All other hosted PBX have these basic features

I expect zero response from ALE.

  at day zero we should have the same feature set present in rainbow hub. the end customers who got used to use OXO will ask the same level of features in this new rainbow hub infra.
