Rainbow client Windows - full version for offline installation

Hi 

Is it possible to get hold of the full version of the Rainbow Windows client so that we can install this without being connected to Internet? We've got a customer with a restricted network that gets an error message when trying the client that downloads the remaining part from the Internet.
