    Hi Steven,

I just had a look at the ticket 20519. I see that it has been solved.

For other users who could have the same issue, I recap the issue and the solution you found to solve it!

When user authenticates with Office 365, Rainbow application asks for user information from account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com and gets the email address back to access calendar, not the Office 365 credentials.

If the Office 365 login account and the email address are different, user cannot successfully synchronize his/her Office 365 calendar with Rainbow.

The Office 365 login account and the email account must be identical.

    Best regards

    Nathalie

    Hi,

Are you sure that you are using your Rainbow credentials or maybe, you have used your API account?

    Regards,

    Luis.

I'm using Rainbow credentials to log into Rainbow and Windows Office credentials to login to Office 365.

I'm in contact with Customer Care (#20519) and will let you know how it goes.

    Steven
