    Martin, as we discussed in a thread of mails:

    -- here is the situation

    configuration:

             OXE Rel 12.2, Webrtc Gateway, 4645 Voicemail system

             PC Windows 7  with  a Rainbow Client Version 1.53.6

             it's new installation

    issue:

    from Android it's not possible to forward calls to voice mailbox

    you get the answer 'call forwarding cannot be used'

    By configuring a prefix 'call forward'  + voice mail number, you can forward calls to your voice mailbox.

    Actually, there is a restriction when using 4645. This restriction is due to the CSTA protocol which manages information flow. For your information, no corrective action is planned today.

    The workaround is, as you have done:

          -- configure a prefix 'immediate call forward' + voice mailbox extension 

          -- configure a prefix 'cancel forward'

    Short numbers can be dedicated to both numbers.

    is the issue still there?

    I tried to reproduce your problem in version 1.51.10 The forward to mailbox works correctely, from PC and from Android.

    I have the same problem with PC Client Version 1.53.6 !

    when i press the Butten forward to Voicmail....

    What can i do ?
