Webdiffussion

Hello 

To be able to replace Skype for Business to Rainbow, it's missing one functionality on Rainbow, the Webdiffuson.

From a Rainbow client, to broadcast (in one direction) a video/voice communication to the other Rainbow clients or to access on this broadcast from a web page (accessed via a hyperlink) with no rainbow account needed for connection or to get the voice only on the OXE/OXO phones.

To be able to get this for thousands of users (with some limitations due to the OXE/WebRTC configuration)
