Outlook add-in not working
I have two computers in my company with Rainbow. Since the last update the add-in is not working properly.
In most of the contacts the button to call don't work. It's gray.
I did a test and the button just become active when I have only a number in the column "Home Phone". If I have other numbers in the other columns the button stays gray, and I can't use it.
Can someone help me?

I tried to reproduce your issue with Outlook 2016 in Rainbow version 1.51.10: the feature works well.
Did you upgrade your Rainbow solution?
Do you still encounter the problem?
