I want to know which wireless headset is compatible with Rainbow with the management of the automatic hook-up.

  Jabra, Plantronics and Sennheiser headsets are compatible.

  Hello,

  With Jabra BIZ 2300 USB UC Duo, button Call answer and Call End does not work with the application ...

  Jabra Direct is install on PC and firmware are updated.

  Hello,

  Just to be sure: Did you try on Windows desktop app, not on web, as it is not supported?

  On my side, I have done a test with a Jabra BIZ 2400 USB Duo, call control from headset works well on desktop app. However I could not find a BIZ 2300 for testing.

  Hi,

  Sennheiser Presence UC or Jabra Motion UC are compatible with Rainbow function Call answer and Call end ?

  This device is USB Bluetooth.

  I think Rainbow-Feature-List-and-Applications should list detailed informations about supported Headsets types and not such only names of the brands...
