Hello,

 

We have the error message below when launching Rainbow.

  Hi Rémi,

  seems that on your PC the OpenGL (part of Graphic Card Driver) is incompatible with our app.

  To solve the issue you can try to install latest graphic card driver for your PC.
  And if this doesn't work you can try following change in Rainbow.ini file

  File is located under C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise\Rainbow

  • Quit the app
  • Edit the Rainbow.ini file
  • Add

  [OpenGL]
  renderer=software

  • Save the file
  • Restart the app

  If after this you still have the issue please contact your support team (read more here).
