Clear Down Missed Call for all Users in a Hunt Group when Someone Picks Up the Call
When the call rings the hunt group and is answered by another user, this is flagged up on the rainbow users interface (PC / iOS / Android) as a missed call. On the OXO handset it is not showing up as a missed call so it is only the rainbow application classing it as unanswered.
This would mean the Rainbow users have no idea if a call is truly answered or not making the recent call list record of missed calls non-viable in a group call setup.
Can it be developed, that this missed call is cleared down in Rainbow if pickup by a user in a hunt group.
