2nd WebRTC Gateway no Voip
Hello
We have 3 nodes, one node has a WebRTC GW, which is working fine.
Now we wanted to install another WebRTC GW for another node, the installation was fine, and also the editiing ot the REX, but if we switch to voip in Rainbow and try to dial an external nummer, the call just appears for a few miliseconds and then stops.
We have tried everything from TG, but nothing helped.
Does anybody had issues like that?

Dear Yannick,
did you check the last version of the Networks Requirements? A new edition has been issued quite recently.

Please have a look particularly at the updated chapters (5.3.4 and 5.4 ). You could find the solution there: Rainbow infrastructure has evolved few months ago with new TURN’s deployment; do not forget to update your proxy and firewalls by opening appropriate accesses.
If you still get same behavior, we'll investigate deeper!

Thank you for your support, I followed the network requirements, but everthing is fine, I just explored in the 1.55 Client now I get an error message, see here :
I tried E.164, national and internal DDIs.. It's always this issue. Is this because of the prefix BBB on both nodes?

We haven't heard anything from you since 2 months ago. We still have the issue.
We have an environment with three oxes, from which two oxes have each a WebRTC GW. On our first node with webrtc everything works fine, but on the second node with webrtc we always have an issue.
We have checked the configurations from both nodes and they are configured the same way.

I'm sorry, I haven't checked news on the forum since too much time. Pascal remembered me that you've posted an answer.
First, it seems that your systems are not at the same level , it would be interesting to update them:
System N10 (supporting default route) : Agent version 4.1.2; Webrtc GW 1.67.7
System N1 : Agent version 3.0.10; WebRTC GW 1.71.4
Could you please send me logs when you make a call ? We'll put priority on your issue.

Yes, the systems are not the same level, System N1 has newly a WebRTC GW, so there we installed the latest Version of the GW and if this one is working, we planned to update the one on WebRTC GW N10.
N1 has an OXE 12.2 and N10 12.3.
How can I send you the logs? I'm not able to upload it here.
