UNABLE TO INTEGRATE WITH PMS
We run a Resort, And we are unable to integrate our OXO CONNECT to our PMS.We received a file from our vendor but it is not working. how do i know if the file what we received is right?

Is your PMS linked to Rainbow (CPaaS developments?)
in such a case, what kind of file did you receive, having which information?
(If not, I invite you to contact directly your OXO support.)

Hi, Thanks for the reply, Sorry for the delayed reply.
The PMS is not linked to Rainbow.We are trying to integrate a billing software with the OXO Connect and we are unable to activate SMDR. We are not sure how to go about that. Once we get CDR or SMDR data which will transmit information to the software for billing as per use.Is there any kind of documentation for the same?
