Rainbow app on Android OS smartphone can't transfer when receiving a call via auto attedant menu
On the OXO CONNECT R 3.1 working with an automated attendant menu, when a choice rings to an anydevice on a Android OS smartphone the icons for transfer and divert change and are greyed out so the user can't transfer the incoming call to someone else.
When receiving internal calls or DDI calls directly the app works OK.
The smartphones work in regular nomadic mode, so without VoIP via WEBRTC.
Has anyone also captured this problem?
