No Voip service active on smartphone
AnsweredHello, If I try to add a new Rainbow User I can't find Voip service in the Telephony services.
At the same time the user goes busy.Necessary delete the internal number e reconfigure it.
Is anybody had the same problem?

This kind of issue is usually related to PBX configuration.
May I suggest you to recheck your PBX configuration using latest version of TC2479 for OXO and TC2462 for OXE.
