Not possible to connect to server after latest 1.59 update.

We're not able to start the latest Windows 1.59 client. Stops with error message "it was not possible to connect to the server, please check your network configuration". Web client is working fine and if we connect our computers over 4G/LTE it also works fine from Windows client. Our company is using proxy and our security team says that the traffic from the PC client tries to connect directly to web.openrainbow.com (79.137.65.42) instead of using proxy. This has been working fine before the 1.59 upgrade so I was wondering if anyone can confirm if there's been done any changes to proxy behavior on the latest PC client update?
