    Hi,

I can open a ticket in your behalf for this.

Could you send me the desktop app logs after having reproduced the issue? You can share them through Rainbow.

    Thanks and regards,

    Claire Dechriste

Today only the "per user" setup is published and it is designed to be installed in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs, not in C:\Program Files. For that, the "per machine" setup is needed. I will send you the right msi file through Rainbow.

Note that from version 1.61 (available mid-september), these "per machine" msi setup will be officially available in addition to current "per user" setups. Until then, we can provide the "per machine" msi setup on demand.

    Best regards,

    Claire Dechriste
