Good evening

I have an open rainbow business connected to an OXO.

Is it possible from the iPhone app to call directly an extension number? For instance, I want to call the extension number 3634 but the iPhone dial the 3634 which is obviously not a proper phone number and the call fail.

  Hello,

  Yes, this is possible if you activate "VoIP for business calls" on the mobile.

  Of course, WebRTC gateway and multi-device on OXO must be configured.
