wrong Incoming display

In Incoming call display on Rainbow application, a '+' is added at the end of the number <identity displayName='044180001415 +'/>. What it indicates and how to remove it?

  Hello,

  It might come from the PBX. Is it an OXE?

  Do you see this "+" on a physical device associated to a Rainbow user?
