Hello,

Apart from help centre, is there a user guide or manual for the rainbow ?

It would be better, if we have the user guide or manual for the rainbow to share it with the customers ?

  I think one of the challenges in creating a user guide for Rainbow is that it is constantly being updated with new features regularly. I have created a few guides for getting the most out of Rainbow, including an iPhone User Guide. I post them in my Rainbow Channel - Integrated Products Rainbow News and Information. Feel free to subscribe to the channel...and let me know what you think.

  Rainbow Help Center is the main entry point to get information about Rainbow.

  There are many interesting articles, around company's administration, IM, audio, video, sharing, telephonic features...

  We try to keep the help Center up to date, but let us know if something is missing.
