CPU usage on windows 10 Pro

Hi, upgraded this morning,

In conference call CPU usage is around 40%, have 6 instances of the exe, five of which 32 bit. App responding with a lag of 5 to 10 seconds, when muting or unmuting also 15 seconds. The other apps on the laptop are all fast with excellent response.

Any tips ?

  If not already done, for such an issue, the best would be to open a ticket on support side with your client logs.
