Andreas, please clarify. I was notified by email that the update would be on 23rd NOT 24th and 1.72.3 not 1.72.5. Also I am registered in APAC but currently in Europe. I was out at 10pm UK time so 11pm CEST. However, the upgrade was being done region by region and APAC was 15.00-17.00 CEST
Also based on the status report last night all locations were grey not red, green orange or whatever.
Please explain why 24th not 23rd also why I was out in Europe tme frame when I am APAC registered and how being out for an hour or 2 is an acceptable update policy for a mission critical application which we also sell to customers.
Also the below email notification does not appear on your website. Strange

Hello,
We announced a first delivery on Tuesday the 23th with a Desktop version 1.72.3
Unfortunately, the deployment plan was rescinded the 23th in the morning.
So, the article was published once again with mention ‘update’ and the following wording
“We apologize for the inconvenience: the deployment of the new desktop version has been postponed. We will inform you of the next date.”
Finally, a new version1.72.5 had to be delivered quickly, so we adapted the article by mentioning new dates and published once again. Several people didn't receive the updated notifications. We are checking why, so that it won't happen again.
