How to pick up when the call notification window does not appear?

Hi there,,

How to pick up when the call notification window doesn't appear?

It's embarrassing, I have to wait for the call to end to be able to call the person back.
I notice that most of the time the notification doesn't appear when I have another application in full screen...
Is there a keyboard shortcut to answer please?

  I have had this same issue occur in the past.
  
  I have a headset with a pickup/hangup button, if i press this even if the answer window hasn't popped up im able to retrieve the call.
  
  However if anyone has a better suggestion that would be helpful.

  Hi,

  i am blind and cannot click with the mouse.

  So i urgently need a keyboard shortcut to pickup an incoming call.
