Urgent help!! Translators for health authorities - covid-19 - NEW

The health authorities, no matter in which country, have the big problem that they can only communicate very poorly or even not at all with foreign-language residents or foreigners. At the moment it is urgently necessary to communicate very fast and clearly with the foreign language citizens or foreigners seeking help.

Please implement a simple translation BOT as soon as possible. This will allow us to demonstrate the CPaaS capability and flexibility of Rainbow.

It would be best if we could offer this free of charge to the public health authorities as an ALE help off.

Additional:

The already existing BOT Trans Lator is certainly a good basis, but it is not very user-friendly for normal end users or, to be more precise, the setting options (#command ...) are not very simple and self-explanatory. Would it be possible to integrate a function in Rainbow that recognizes the language settings of both users and then automatically translates them into the respective language of the other user?

Furthermore, in the current Corona situation it would be a big step forward if we could integrate the Speech to Text function or offer it as a Plug&Play feature.
