Loss of menu in rainbow application

This morning, every users loose objects (contacts, bubbles, etc...), no more audio,  in Rainbow application, on web UI also.

Please, let us know if issue occurs on your infrasrtucture;

  global problem for all users in EMEA

  cloud rainbow problem ? but for them all service are operationnal  in https://status.openrainbow.com/
