    We are currently running with the latest version of Rainbow 2.118.13. 

    Please note that the video quality depends on the network also. Kindly check using the most recent version of Rainbow as you stated that the video quality is good in other apps.
     If the issue persist, please create a ticket to our support team with the required details to check further and find a fix.
