Setting up my voicemail

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to set up voicemail as a new user?  I cannot find it on the guide.  Thanks

  Hi, 

  The voice mailbox is managed on the OXE or OXO side.

   

  There is no voice mailboxes on Rainbow itself
