Feature request- Voice Phone users should get Essential UC credentials

Most hosted systems allow and registered user to have access to a portal that allows a web access to their account.

With Hub , if you are a Phone licence you dont get this type of access but if you are Essential you get most UC (not PSTN calling) . So someone paying with Phone gets less than the free user in terms of having a web client to see and control features.

It would be good if Phone could have access to Essential including RCC where the client can make the call and the phone makes the actual call.

this would bring Hub in line with other hosted systems. This would also help with tender responses.
